so if you are anything like me, washing your hair isn't exactly on your to-do list... i mean, who has time?! really? anyway, i tend to go (ahem... several) days without washing my hair- my mom says it's gross, i say it's good for my hair... gotta get those natural oils! anywhoo, for those of you who need a quick and cute way to wear your hair on those not so clean days, check this cutie of a hairstyle out!

i am so beyond thrilled with this job! i LOVE the girls i work with and am already designing some fun little things for the magazine... here's a taste (what's on our website... yes, i just said OUR because i'm a part of the team (eeeek)...) - so so much more to come!
remembering 9/11 today, can not believe it has been 10 years today. i was in my 1st period, gym class, when i heard of what happened... the rest of the day, we watched footage in all of my 8th grade classes. No lesson plans, just the news. i was lucky, as living in kansas i didn't lose any loved ones, nor did i know anyone who did. today, my thoughts and prayers are with all of those who were personally affected by this day.
and for our nation... i'm so thankful to be an American! so so so blessed!!!
